What every posting must include
To keep listings useful and transparent for job seekers, every CanadaHire posting shows:
- Job title and number of vacancies
- Wage or wage range, and hours of work
- Job location (city and province)
- Main duties and responsibilities
- Skill and education requirements
- Business name and how to apply
Posting records
Each posting displays its publication date and expiry date. On request, we provide a written posting confirmation showing the dates your ad was live — useful for your HR records and recruitment files.

How long does my posting stay live?
Up to 12 months from the publication date. You can ask us to extend, update, or remove a posting at any time.
Who can post on CanadaHire?
Canadian businesses hiring for positions located in Canada. We verify business details before a posting goes live.
Can I edit a posting after it goes live?
Yes — email us the changes and we'll update the posting. Material changes to wage or duties restart the publication date.
Do you charge job seekers?
Never. Browsing and applying is completely free for workers.
